In our beta phase Group Table will be free while we collect valuable feedback from our users. Based on user feedback we will roll out a pricing strategy that will likely include a free-tier on some level.
When a user creates a profile with Group Table they input preferences which our recommendation engine uses to cross-reference with your group's preferences to find the best matches. As you use the app our Machine Learning improves your recommendations and adds to your preference set.
Planning meals with friends or colleagues can be stressful and laborious. Group Table does the heavy lifting of vetting great candidates for your group and then allows your group to vote on them anonymously. Group Table is great for: Tindr dates with someone you just met, lunch with colleagues, dinner with friends, or any gathering of people with different tastes.
Group Table has only the top tier of results in our data set, so to start with the quality of the data is very good. We use a propritary mix of geolocation & preference matching to bring you the best results. In the future we will bring more improvements to the system with higher fidelity and speed.
Not yet, we only support a major cities in our Beta Launch but we will be expanding very soon.
Dietary restrictions are very important to us and we are working hard on this aspect of the app. At the moment we can't guaruntee that the results will be satisfactory, which is part of this Beta testing process. We do offer support for allergies and religious restrictions but they cannot be relied upon as a source of truth yet.
